Online sound healing and sessions at our offices

Sound healing with Mrs. Jayashree Maggirwar is offered online by video call for clients anywhere, and in person at our head office in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and our Pune branch office. Mrs. Jayashree does not travel for sessions, so for clients outside these two cities the online session is the way to take part.

Sessions are offered purely for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a medical treatment and are not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor.

Ask about an online sound healing session

What a sound healing session is like

You lie or sit comfortably while sustained tones are played from singing bowls and similar instruments. There is nothing to do and nothing to concentrate on. Many people describe the experience as calm and restful, and sessions are commonly booked simply for that quiet time to rest.

No musical knowledge, meditation practice or prior experience is needed. If you would rather sit than lie down, or keep your eyes open, that is entirely your choice.

How an online sound healing session works

An online session follows four simple stages.

  1. Booking. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your city and time zone, and we agree a time by appointment.
  2. Preparing. Choose a quiet room where you will not be disturbed. Use headphones rather than a phone speaker, since they carry the tones far more faithfully. Set your device so you can hear clearly and rest comfortably, and silence notifications. A mat, cushion or bed and a light blanket are enough.
  3. The session. Mrs. Jayashree greets you, checks that the sound is reaching you clearly, and then plays the bowls while you rest. You do not need to watch the screen; many clients close their eyes.
  4. Afterwards. The session closes gently and there is time to share how it felt or ask a question before the call ends. You can message us later if anything comes to mind.

Setting up your space for an online session

The room you choose shapes the online session more than anything else. Pick the quietest room available and close windows if there is traffic outside. Put your phone on do not disturb and ask the people you live with not to knock. Test your headphones on a piece of music before the call, so you know the volume is comfortable and both sides are working.

Place your device where you can reach it without getting up, but where the screen will not light your face as you rest. Many clients lie down on a bed or a mat with a pillow under the knees and a light blanket. Others sit in a chair with their feet flat on the floor. Either is fine.

Who books sound healing

Our clients come from very different backgrounds. Some already meditate and want a guided setting for it. Some are curious about singing bowls after hearing them elsewhere. Some simply want to set aside quiet time for themselves. Families sometimes book for a parent, and couples occasionally take sessions one after the other.

There is no right reason to book, and no experience is required. If you have questions about whether a session is suitable for you, especially if you are under the care of a doctor, speak to your doctor first and then talk to us. We will always tell you honestly if we think another session, or no session, is the better choice.

Ask whether a session is right for you

Online and in person: what differs

We would rather be honest about this than oversell the online format. In person, the tones fill the room and you hear the instruments directly, including the sense of sound around and near you. That physical presence of sound cannot be fully reproduced through a microphone and headphones.

Online, the experience depends on your headphones and your connection. With good headphones and a steady connection, clients tell us they find the session calming and restful in their own space, which some prefer. With a phone speaker or a weak signal, the tones lose much of their depth. If you are able to visit Aurangabad or Pune, an in person session is the fuller experience; if not, the online session is a genuine alternative rather than a lesser copy of it.

Relaxation and wellbeing

The most common reason people book is simply wanting quiet time set aside to rest and switch off. Sound is used here purely as a means of relaxation and general wellbeing. We make no claims about effects on the body or mind beyond the calm many people report, and we never ask anyone to change care their doctor has advised.

Sound in the classical tradition

Within traditional practice, sustained tone is spoken of in terms of chakras and energy. We present that framing as it stands in the tradition, as a way of describing the practice, not as a proven effect. What most people notice is simpler: a period of quiet rest.

If the language of chakras is new to you, there is no need to learn it. Mrs. Jayashree is happy to explain the traditional ideas if you ask, and equally happy to leave them aside so you can simply listen and rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can sound healing be done online?

Yes. Sessions are held online by video call with Mrs. Jayashree Maggirwar, and in person at our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and Pune offices.

What do I need for an online sound healing session?

A quiet room, a device with a steady internet connection, and a pair of headphones. Headphones matter most, because a phone speaker loses much of the depth of the tones. A mat or bed and a light blanket are enough.

Is online sound healing as good as in person?

It is different. In person you hear the instruments directly in the room, which cannot be fully reproduced online. With good headphones, many clients find the online session calming and restful in their own space.

What happens during a sound healing session?

You rest comfortably while sustained tones from singing bowls and similar instruments are played. No preparation or prior experience is needed, and there is nothing you need to do.

Is sound healing a medical treatment?

No. We offer sound healing for relaxation and general wellbeing only. It is not a medical treatment and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor.

Who conducts the sessions?

Mrs. Jayashree Maggirwar, practising sound healing since 2019, who also offers Reiki, Akashic Records readings and tarot card reading at Divyam Vaastu.
